What's inside Caputo Extra Fine ‘00’ Flour (1kg) Caputo flour is recognised as being Italy’s very best flour! Powder fine and super-light, it’s perfect for making the fluffiest pancakes every time! Organic Fairtrade Arabica Coffee (250g) Our Caffè Haiti “BIO” blend, made of 100% Arabica coffee is both 100% organic and 100% fairtrade. It is strong and full of flavour and ideal for espresso pots, caffettiere and filter coffee machines. Organic Acacia Honey (250g) Acacia honey is very pale with a sweet, delicate floral flavour and therefore one of the most popular honey varieties. It will taste amazing drizzled on pancakes!
