LeVie5 Arabica is a hybrid arabica variety from Dalat (*), Vietnam - a premium, high altitude Vietnamese coffee cultivar grown in the cool and misty Central Highlands (primarily Cau Dat) at over 1,500 masl. The arabica is known for its aroma and mild acidity with notes of fruit, chocolate and caramel sweet. (*) Dalat is a charming, cool weather mountain city in Vietnam's Central Highlands, known as the "City of Eternal Spring" for its year round pleasant climate (10-25°C). Famous for French colonial Architechture, flower gardens, waterfalls, and pine forests. For that and more uniquely, Dalat is a premier coffee destination in Vietnam, renowned for high quality coffee, especially arabica with its famous Moka Cau Dat - often ranked among the world's best arabica. Dalat arabica beans are sourced and imported by LeVie5 directly from a single coffee farm in Dalat. Only fully ripe cherries are hand picked and then gone through a washed process before hulled into each green bean. At LeVie5 Roastery Café, the arabica beans are medium roasted biweekly for the cafe's use and also to supply to our customers for self-brewing at home.
