This course is designed for anyone who has an interest in coffee and wants to learn more about where coffee comes from, how it is processed, tasted and brewed. In the 4 hours we will cover: where specialty coffee is grown and how it is processed professional cupping used to taste the differences between various regions, processing methods and roast profiles. using various brewing methods (including V60, AeroPress and espresso) to taste the differences between our coffees. We'll show you around our roastery, explore the different coffees we have on offer and learn how to use various home brewing methods to make a great tasting coffee.
