Sometimes we just enjoy tradition and starting the day with design that delights. That is what we think everytime we see Chiba METAL Work and Design's latest coffee dripper and stand. Hand crafted, each piece is slight different because made by hand, gorgeous. The glass is heat-resistant glass (by Koizumi Glass Manufacturing) and comes with brass dripper and stand set. Please be careful handling heat-resistant glass productsas glass is a fragile material. Sudden temperature changes can cause it to break, so do not put cold things in the glass while it is hot or touch it with a damp cloth. Also, do not heat, cook, or burn empty on an open flame or in an oven. When cleaning, apply dishwashing liquid soap to a soft sponge and carefully hand wash each piece. Do not use abrasive nylon scrubbers, metal scrubbers, or coarse-grained cleansers as they may scratch the glass and cause it to break. When storing, do not touch other items as scratches may occur due to differences in strength. This is not tempered glass, so do not hit or rub it with hard objects such as spoons. If there are cracks, chips, or strong scratches, it may break at unexpected times, so do not use it. Since each piece is blown by a craftsman, there may be some slight difference in the dimensions, and due to the unique nature of glass, there may be some bubbles, streaks, etc. We hope you will understand that this is also one of the charms of handmade products. Precautions for handling brass products: Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. It will age and change to a more subdued color as you use it. In some cases, the copper components may rust in a blue-green color (verdigris) due to moisture or acid. It is harmless, but if you are concerned, apply cleanser to a hard sponge and scrub vigorously in a circular motion to clean it. Please note that moisture and salt left on the product for a long time or acid adhesion can also cause discoloration. If it gets dirty, rinse it lightly with water, wipe it off with a dry cloth, and dry it thoroughly. Do not place it near fire as it may cause damage. Because the grass is unlaquered, the color will change over time as it touches your hands and comes into contact with the air. At first, the color may change partially, but the overall color will gradually darken and become less noticeable.
