Weekly & Fortnightly: You’ll be billed on a Monday, then every 1 or 2 weeks on Monday after that. Monthly: You’ll be billed every 4 weeks on the same date you first signed up. When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?I roast every Monday. Whatever your billing date is, your order is always roasted and packed on the closest Monday afterwards, then shipped out the following day. When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?All subscription prices includes UK Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24/Tracked). I roast every Monday and take parcels to the Post Office on Tuesday, so your coffee usually arrives within 1–3 business days after posting. What happens if I subscribe close to a billing date?If you subscribe just before a scheduled billing day, you’ll be charged immediately for your first order, and that coffee will go into the very next Mondays roast. Your next billing date then moves to the following cycle (so you won’t get double-charged). Can I pause or skip a delivery? Weekly & Fortnightly plans have a one-month minimum (4 weeks / 2 fortnights). After that, you’re free to pause or cancel anytime. Monthly subscribers can pause, skip, or cancel at any time with no minimum. All of this is managed easily in your customer portal — you’re in full control. Can I change the number of bags or my grind option?Absolutely, you can switch between 1, 2, or 3 bags, or change your grind choice, right in your account before your next billing date.
