The COFFEE SENSOR Puck Screen is designed to be placed directly on top of your coffee puck, it helps prevent channeling and ensures even water distribution for a more consistent ex traction. Due to its thickness and weight, this puck screen will slightly cool the water passing through. To ensure optimal extraction, consider pre-warming the screen or adjust the water temperature by 1-3 degrees.
