Our dedicated workshops team guides them through the professional cupping method: the same technique used to score, buy, and roast the coffees we serve in our cafés. They'll taste a range of single origin coffees side by side, learning how origin country, altitude, processing method, and roast level shape what ends up in the cup. By the end of the session they'll start identifying tasting notes with confidence, pick up the language our team uses to describe coffee, and have a clearer sense of which flavour profile fits their morning brew.
