The 1967 Special Mint Set contained five coins struck with a high quality finish and placed within a rigid plastic holder. Each set contained the 1967 Kennedy Half Dollar, which wa s struck in a composition of 40% silver. The 1967 Washington Quarter and 1967 Roosevelt Dime were struck in the recently introduced copper-nickel clad composition. The 1967-dated Jefferson Nickel and Lincoln Cent were struck in their traditional composition. The 1967 Special Mint Set has a mintage of 1,863,344. Show more
