We've developed a process that enables us to build a boot, using 3d modeling and printing, that is an exact fit for you. 3.5mm Yamamoto #39 and #40 neoprene combined with Schoeller's Kevlar-reinforced woven lining is then dipped into a proprietary Kevlar-infused rubber. This results in a boot with the perfect amount of traction and the absolute best board feel. No awkward tight spots that lead to poor circulation and numb toes. No water pooling that leads to heavy feet and sloppy sloshy foot-to-board connection. Zero leaks with a fit that (in a low key way) vacuums to your foot once you paddle out and sit on your board which drives air out of the boots. How it works: Select the desired build specs (a sliding scale between maximum board-feel and maximum durability) Order your pair of 3D-printed boots and you'll be immediately emailed a link with instructions to use our proprietary scanning app. You can do this on your own (or with a helper, which we recommend) with your Iphone camera (sorry, no Android yet) - it is a simple process that will take less than 5 minutes. We will then print your feet, and begin the tailoring and finishing process. You'll receive your custom boots in 4-6 weeks Please note, you'll need to take care of your boots. They're carefully built using two layers of Kevlar, but they aren't impenetrable. These aren't the boots you should wear to walk over broken glass in a parking lot. You'll need to take care of them just as you would a tailored suit or pair of nice leather shoes.
