A Simple Guide to Perfect Cold Brew Fill: Place 50g of ground coffee into the mesh filter. Set: Place the strainer into the glass pot, aligning the "●" mark on the top of the strainer with the spout of the pot. Pour & Stir: Slowly pour cold water over the coffee grounds to drip through, filling the pot until the water level reaches approximately halfway up the height of the handle band (using about 1,150ml of water in total). Gently stir the coffee grounds and water inside the strainer with a spoon to blend them evenly (avoid over-stirring to prevent bitterness, and do not use sharp objects that could damage the mesh).
