We tweaked this cold brew blend over the course of weeks to come up with a well combined blend of three coffees to create a balanced, clean, delicious coffee. *********************** This is a post roast blend, which means we roast each of the 3 coffees on their own, and blend after roasting. This allows us to grab the best flavors of each coffee and let them give each other compliments as you drink it. This BLEND includes our Guatemala coffee from Bethel Farm, an Ethiopia Natural from Kayon Mountain, and a Papua New Guinea.
