Celebrate the Cold moon with our hand-painted ink moon phases wall hanging. Most commonly the full moon in December, each garland is hand-painted by us on thin white card with a mi x of blue and black inks which we cut into shapes representing the phases from waxing, full and waning moon. As an abstract, artistic interpretation the black ink adds a darkness that symbolises that this moon is from the ‘dark’ half of the Celtic calendar.
