2006 4 to 6 feet 'Cole's Settlement' is a large six-foot shrub that exhibits single white flowers that can reach four inches across in cool weather. Flowers are followed by large o range hips in the fall. This is a wonderful rose to plant where you can enjoy its reflective flowers at dusk or on moonlit evenings.
