Collaborator Story Exchange Terms Last updated: May 28, 2026. These Terms are effective as of the date you accept them. By clicking the "Subscribe," "Complete Purchase," or "Checkout" button associated with the Collaborator Subscription, you ("Collaborator") agree to be legally bound by these Collaborator Story Exchange Terms ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and GTB Mail Club ("Company") regarding a complimentary subscription provided in exchange for social media promotion. In consideration for a complimentary one-year (12-month) subscription to the GTB Mail Club (the "Subscription"), Collaborator agrees to create and publish authentic promotional content featuring the GTB Mail Club — including, at minimum, unboxing posts shared to Collaborator's social media stories — and to tag or mention the Company's official accounts as reasonably directed (collectively, the "Content"). The Company will reach out to coordinate the platform(s), timing, frequency, and expectations for Collaborator's posts. Required Disclosure (FTC). Because Collaborator receives the Subscription free of charge in exchange for promotion, Collaborator must clearly and conspicuously disclose this material connection in every post, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. The disclosure must appear within the post itself, in a place and manner that followers will readily notice — for example: A clear label such as "#ad," "#gifted," or "Provided free by GTB Mail Club." For video or story content, a disclosure that is both visible on screen and, where practical, stated aloud. Disclosures must not be hidden behind "more" links, buried among unrelated hashtags, or otherwise obscured. All statements Collaborator makes about the GTB Mail Club must reflect Collaborator's honest, good-faith opinions and actual experience. The Company may ask Collaborator to correct or remove any post that does not meet these requirements, and Collaborator agrees to comply promptly. License. Collaborator grants GTB Mail Club a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to reproduce, edit, publish, repost, distribute, and otherwise use the Content — together with Collaborator's name, handle, and likeness as they appear in the Content — across the Company's own media, including without limitation its physical mailings, website, social media accounts, and private online community. Collaborator retains ownership of the Content, subject to this license. Collaborator represents and warrants that: The Content is Collaborator's own original work, and Collaborator has the right to create it and to grant the license above, including as to any music, images, or other third-party elements appearing in the Content. The Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. The Content has not been previously published in a manner that would prohibit its use by the Company. Collaborator's posts will comply with the terms of service of the platform(s) on which they appear. Mission alignment. Collaborator agrees that all Content will align with the Company's mission and values, specifically the Titus 2 biblical mentorship model. Content must be inspirational, Christ-centered, and suitable for a faith-based community of women. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or request removal of any Content it deems inconsistent with these standards or the brand tone of GTB Mail Club. Independent contributor. The parties agree that this is an exchange of services for a product. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between Collaborator and the Company. Collaborator is acting as an independent contributor. Indemnification. Collaborator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, members, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Collaborator's Content, Collaborator's posts, or any breach of the representations and warranties above. Termination. The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel the Subscription at any time if Collaborator breaches these Terms or fails to provide Content as discussed. In the event of termination, any license granted to the Company for Content already submitted or published shall remain in full force and effect. End of term. At the end of the 12-month complimentary term, the Subscription will end automatically. It will not renew or convert to a paid subscription unless Collaborator separately chooses to enroll at the then-current standard rates. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. General. The Company may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The Company may assign this agreement; Collaborator may not assign it without the Company's written consent. These Terms, together with the GTB Mail Club Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Collaborator Story Exchange. By proceeding with this transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
