Boots N' Cats collapsible cajon is designed for musicians who frequently travels for gigs, rehearsals and studio sessions. We have used high quality laminated basswood on the front-plate for deeper bass and crisp snare tone. The back and side plates are made with high density fiber board and laminated padauk. For better sound quality, we have diagonally placed an internal string which can be tuned to provide authentic flamenco tone. The deep resonant chamber offers loud and tight bass sound. The cajon can fully be collapsed and can fit perfectly into our traveler gig backpack. We made sure that the cajon can easily fit into overhead luggage compartment for frequent flyers.
