You can even take it with you when you travel for a convenient way to brew your favorite tea in room or in a restaurant. It can be used in numerous ways. Put it right in your mug, add a spoonful of artisan whole-leaf tea, pour the water, cover the mug with whatever you have at hand (perhaps a saucer?) Wait a few minutes until your tea is just right, then remove your strainer and set it aside. If you drink green, white or oolong tea, just leave the leaves in the strainer. for the next infusion.
