Georgia Collards are heirlooms with valuable leafy blue-green plants. They are rich in nutrients and flavor. It's a southern traditional variety with juicy leaves. They are heat an d cold tolerant and can grow up to 3 feet (oh my). Enjoy steamed, braised, or stir-fried. The mild cabbage-like flavor of the tender leaves improves with a light frost.
