This monitor is placed between the mattress and box spring a the head of a bed that is being slept in on a regular basis. Two monitors per bed is recommended. The monitor can be us ed indefinitely, unless it collects bugs, in which case action should be taken to deal with the bugs. See "how to use" for more details.
