Right now, the planet is asking for coherence. This Free Frequency Healing is a live Zoom gathering guided by Heather, created as an offering to our community. It is not a class or a workshop—it is a shared frequency experience designed to support energetic balance, clarity, and stabilization during a time when many are feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or energetically heavy. During this live session, Heather will hold a collective frequency field that everyone in attendance can tune into and benefit from. Five participants will be intuitively selected live to receive specific, non-health-related energetic adjustments live during the session. These individual moments act as energetic anchors for the group, allowing the entire collective to experience the shift together. You do not need prior experience with frequency work, and you do not need to own an Frequency Generator to attend (but it will be next-level if you bring yours!). Simply being present in the field allows your system to receive what it’s ready for. Many people experience a sense of grounding, emotional clarity, mental spaciousness, or subtle energetic shifts—each experience is unique and perfectly aligned for the individual. This gathering is for anyone who feels called to pause, receive, and participate in something larger than themselves.
