Winemaking The Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes coming from the wineries best sites are picked and fermented with an extended maceration. Having reached the ideal point of ripeness, these grapes are processed separately, at controlled temperature before barreling down. The wine is then aged for nine months, 30% in barrique and 70% in oak barrels. Tasting Notes The wine has an intense and persistent fruity bouquet, with subtle notes of vanilla coming through. Collezione Oro displays soft and velvety tannins with a lingering smooth finish.
