Jay-Z and Linkin Park collaborated on the EP Collision Course, which was released on November 30, 2004. The EP was a joint effort between Roc-A-Fella, Machine Shop, Warner Bros., a nd Def Jam. Collision Course features a mix of songs from both artists' catalogs. It includes three songs from Linkin Park's albums Meteora and four from Hybrid Theory. From Jay-Z's catalog, the EP includes three songs from The Black Album, one from Vol. 3: Life and Times of S. Carter, one from Vol. 2... Hard Knock Life, and one from The Blueprint. Prior to Collision Course, Jay-Z had collaborated with The Roots and R. Kelly, while Linkin Park had worked with various artists on their remix album Reanimation. Show more
