The Huila region of Colombia produces the most fruitful and complex coffee in the region. On the southwest side of Columbia, Huila's altitude varies from 4,100 to 6,200 feet and ha s approx. 40,000 acres coffee growing land. A medium roasted bean with a moderate body and acidity.
