A Colombian single origin from Huila with tasting notes of brown sugar, cherry, and pecan. The brown sugar sweetness is clean and present, the cherry is darker and more concentrate d than bright, and the pecan adds a buttery, nutty base that rounds out the cup. This is a well-balanced coffee that doesn't lean too hard in any one direction. Sweet, fruity, and grounded. Works well for morning brewing and pairs nicely with pour-over or drip methods. Show more
