At first tasting, it impressed us with its elegant structure and persistent flavour that develops with every sip. This lot is sourced from a cooperative of smallholder farmers in the Colombian highlands, where coffee has been cultivated for generations. Grown at 1,600–1,800 masl, the blend of regional varieties benefits from the Andean climate — warm days, cool nights, and abundant rainfall. The fully washed process produces a remarkably clean cup that allows the terroir to express itself with clarity. Colombia by Dabov is the perfect choice for both everyday enjoyment and moments when you want to indulge in attention to detail. Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as espresso or a French press for a rich, full-bodied cup. Pair with fig jam on toast or a hazelnut financier.
