Grown by 200 smallholder farmers from the Inga community, on volcanic soil in the shadow of Volcan Galeras.At 2,150 metres this is some of the highest grown coffee in Colombia, and the altitude shows in the cup: dense, sweet and clean, with the clarity that fully washed processing brings out.
