Grown high in the Antioquia mountains by our friend Santiago Arango, this cup is truly an homage to classic Colombian processing: 48 hours of fermentation in-cherry, followed by an other 48 hours with mucilage. We had the joy and privilege to meet Santi and tour his farm this past April, and having his beans featured in our current all-star lineup feels like the icing on the cake.
