The Colombo CO2 Indicator is an indispensable tool when using a CO2 system in planted aquariums. Why Should I Determine The CO2 Concentration?The CO2 concentration in normal aquariums is relatively low, around 2mg/l. For optimal plant growth a higher CO2 concentration of 15-25mg/l is necessary. Hence, the addition of CO2 is required to stimulate plant growth, using a suitable Colombo CO2 system.
