This slightly more advanced pattern from RJ Design's has two round rug size options; a 38" (using one Jelly Roll) or a huge, colossal, giant 54" (using two Jelly Rolls). Requirements (For bigger rug, requirements in brackets): One (Two) Jelly Roll! 1 1/2 Yards (3 Yards) 96" Wide Cotton Batting OR 1(2) x 50 yard Bosal Strips Batting Seam Tape Size 14-18 Jeans Sewing Machine Needle 1 Large Spool of Thread (At least 1200 Yards). It's recommended to have a bar stool or something similar, to the left of you, so if you are sewing on a small table it's high enough to have the rug rest on it, so it doesn't pull your needle from the extra weight!
