This bright sparkling wine makes the perfect aperitif. The wine is led with a floral note of jasmine and honeysuckle. Apple and ripe juicy grapes are bolstered by richness and text ure from time on lees and the wine finishes with freshness. This is a Classic Penedès; a traditional method sparkling wine from the North East of Spain. Grapes are grown at an elevation of 400m above sea level from old vines, bringing concentration to the grapes. This is followed by 24 months on the lees after secondary fermentation which adds richness and texture to the wine. Show more
