Using damaged items could lead to severe injury to the user or people and objects around the user. If handle damage is present, immediately discontinue use of the item and contact GoFit Customer Service for assistance. If my Combat Rope is fraying, is it defective?The rope may fray depending on the surface you are utilizing it on. You are basically taking a heavy object and beating it on the floor or ground, so some level of fraying may occur. This does not mean it is defective. The length and bulk of the rope are what provide the resistance for the workout. Fraying will not affect this function. Is training available?If you purchased this item new, a training manual should have been included. If it was not, please contact GoFit Customer Service for a digital copy.
