Combi-Guide Lite gives you more economical alternative with a PDF plan (video planning not included) , and we've replaced the metal guide with our economy resin guide. All our GuidedSMILE packages include a planning fee of £250, which is invoiced upon receipt of the case. The remaining balance is due once the case plan is approved.
