These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit (see the our Length Sizing page if you're not sure), then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most Grippers, but is designed to pair with the Gripper available on this site. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. These are made to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so expect order turn-around to take about a week. Is this size not quite right for you? No worries, we can also custom design a specific Packer for you, and we're also expanding our catalog for smaller and larger sizes shortly. This "Medium" size is the "one size fits most" model.Guide for How To Use Our Packers and Grippers
