Remove the chicken shreds (including juices) from the bag and place into a full-size 2” hotel pan. Convection oven set to 350°F, spray pan with allergen-free pan spray and heat covered with a lid for 32-36. minutes. Combi oven set to 350°F, spray pan with allergen-free pan spray and heat covered with a lid for 27-32 minutes with 0% moisture. Steamer, heat covered with a lid for 27-32 minutes. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Hot hold for service at 135°F or above. Heating conditions may vary based on equipment; adjust time and temperature as needed.
