This is a great way to get more rods in the water and utilize the back area of your boat. As indicated below, this unit DOES NOT work with Church tackle and larger boards. An extremely efficient and convenient system to help keep your gear organized and YOU focused on fishing! You must have a spare seat post/seat base to attach this unit to. If you do not have a spare in your boat, you can buy a post or seat base from us as well. The 2 caddy version has a built in tool caddy since it has less center storage space. The 4 caddy version can accept a tool caddy, which is sold separately. You can either install this unit to your existing seat base and seat post or to one of our Track Mount Risers. Most anglers have an extra seat they don't use and simply remove the seat from the seat base and mount this unit in it's place. It holds all 3.5'' wide or less planer boards that do not have a rear pin extending beyond 3.5'' or a keel. It will hold a maximum of 12 boards in the caddies.
