Commando is a Capcom shoot’em up game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game follows Super Joe on a secret mission against the Evil Empire Army through hostile jungle terr itory. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge. Top-down run-and-gun action built around constant movement, enemy fire, and precision shooting. Super Joe is armed with a rifle with unlimited ammunition and hand grenades that must be replenished during play. Stages include enemy positions behind iron walls, bridge crossings, and vehicles such as trucks and jeeps that attempt to ram the player. Part of Capcom’s Challenge Series lineup on NES. The NES version adapts Capcom’s arcade-style military action into a home console format centered on quick reflexes and screen-clearing survival.
