Fauno is happy to accept commissions at most times of the year. Waiting times on a project depend on the complexity of the design, availability of the materials (stones or other pa rts might need to be purchased etc), and previous commitments. We request a 30€ deposit for commissions of up to 180€ value and for reserving WIP pieces. Above that value, we evaluate on a case by case basis. We might also ask for a higher deposit or full payment in advance if the project is extremely personalised. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss commissions before leaving a deposit. :) If for any reason we should fail to deliver your product, your deposit will be refunded in full. If your deposit has been paid to reserve a piece currently in progress, we will either adjust the price accordingly before listing it, or provide a personalised discount code for you to apply at checkout.
