A beautiful drop front desk to be sitting in a room where we had completed a revival earlier of a display cabinet for our client. This desk will be sitting on the other side of the room from the display cabinet with a french doors in between them. Hand painted in a finish to match the display cabinet we did Pure White on the outside, with a duck egg blue wash, then a dry brush of pure white over the top and clear waxed the entire unit. The beautiful carved detailing was touched with silver gilding wax and the inners detailed in Duck Egg Blue. Show more
