Each sign is carved in wood to the specific insignia of the ship or command it honors — the crest, the seal, the unit, shaped to fit rathe r than forced into a template. Not every command is an oval, so none of ours are by default. The example shown runs roughly 21" by 16"; yours is sized to its own design. For a change of command, a retirement, a memorial, or the wall of a wardroom or unit space — a way to mark service that holds up the way the service did. Send us the crest and the details.
