John Prine's fourth studio album Common Sense was produced by Steve Cropper and was recorded at Ardent Studios in Memphis and Larabee Studios in Los Angeles. The album features con tributions from Bonnie Raitt, Glenn Frey, Jackson Browne and Steve Goodman.
