Fear is an emotion that affects practically all of us: fear of contracting a disease, of being alone, of losing a job, of being deceived, of being robbed, of dying... There are innumerable fears that disturb us and take away our ability to live a full life, but what is the origin of these fears? And, more importantly, can we live without them? This book seeks to explore and analyze the different fears that, instead of warning us about possible harm, as they should, rob us of peace, preventing us from being happy and enjoying life. The main reason why we cannot get rid of many of our fears is simply because we are used to them, but there is a way to eliminate them and this is to cultivate states that directly oppose them and for that, we must use specific antidotes for the different types of fears.
