Alexandrina's Compass Farmhouse Cheddar is a buttery full cream Jersey milk Cheddar cheese presented in its cloth bound neutral rind, aged for over 3 months.. This Cheddar is a wel l balanced, mild to semi-matured cheddar, with a warm golden colour.
