Place the lens in the palm of your hand and apply a few drops of solution. Gently rub the lens for about 10 seconds on each side. Rinse thoroughly with solution. Place the lens in a clean lens case and fill with fresh solution. Soak lenses for at least 4 hours or overnight before wearing.
