YOUR EVERYDAY MATCHA Scoop. Whisk. Sip. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl, add approximately 30ml of water at 80°C, and whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy. Enjoy as it is, or pour over approximately 200ml of your favourite milk for an everyday matcha latte. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR WHISK Your bamboo whisk is handcrafted from natural bamboo and will last longer with a little care. BEFORE EACH USE Place your whisk in hot (not boiling) water for approximately 60 seconds. This softens and opens the tines — known as blooming — making them more flexible before whisking. AFTER EACH USE Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently remove any remaining matcha with your fingers. Avoid soap or detergents, which can damage the natural bamboo.
