These spring bags are a durable cover designed to protect both the spring, shock body, and the shock shaft. They have been custom made to fit the variations of Dual Rate Spring Kit models that we offer! Each kit is built specifically to the model you have so no need to look for specific lengths needed. Each kit will cover both front and rear shocks. The idea behind these bags is to prevent sand, grit, and mud from entering into the slider which will causes premature wear on your shock bodies. It also prevents dirt from building up and entering your oil seals which will cause you to need your shocks serviced earlier. Protect your investment and invest in spring bags!! We have ran these on our desert race car without and excessive shock heat build up as some people are concerned with. They are proven and tested to keep your shocks clean! **We do recommend after using and riding your vehicle with these installed, especially in muddy and salty conditions, that you remove these and let your shocks dry.
