The analysis and consultation includes the following measurements: (Time required approx. 2.5 hours, can also be split into 2 appointments) Medical history Questionnaire to determine recovery and needs Caliper & BIA measurement Spiroergometry including lactate measurement Nutrition and training plan Preparation: Do not engage in intensive exercise or consume alcohol 24–36 hours beforehand. Fasting in the morning, or do not eat anything 4 hours before the appointment and choose a light meal beforehand.
