Instructions: Add a heaped teaspoon of loose tisane to a teapot, cafetiere or infuser and steep in hot water for 5-15 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day. Alternatively, infuse herbs with hot water, cover and leave to cool for several hours. Once cool, strain and drink. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. What's in it?
