Dior Homme (2005) has the distinction of being one of the few modern fragrances to use a hefty dose of genuine Orris Absolute and it combines masterfully with other treasured naturals of cocoa, myrrh, finest Sacred incense from Oman, and much more. Our compound is the closest thing you will find to the true original formula in its entirety. We have not skimped and we have not made substitutions. This is, for all intents and purposes, the original Olivier Polge work of art. The reformulation and discontinuation of this original is one of the most heinous acts in modern perfume and really has no justification. Aside from the now EU-banned Lilial, there is nothing in the original that can't be used in a commercial fragrance today unless you are simply trying to make the perfume cheaper by removing the wonderful naturals.
