Due to high demand, we are now selling "private label" compounds of some popular demonstration formulas. Compound Red® is our internal formula for Baccarat Rouge 540 (Extrait) from Maison Francis Kurkdjian, while Compound Black® is our private label Aventus formula. Compound Red® is IFRA and EU compliant and while Baccarat Rouge has a relatively small amount of notes it is actually quite complicated. BR540 is a fragrance built around a core of three accords, a mineral accord, a "fire and heat" accord, and a savoire-faire accord. Naturals such as Fir Balsam, Marigold, Jasmine and Saffron are found within those accords and add a surprising complexity. This compound is ready to dilute and bottle. Just add alcohol.
