Do not inhale/suck into the throat. Breathe through the nose.For sensitivity or rinsing: Dilute 1 spray in 30 ml (1/8 cup) of water and swish and/or gargle.For canker sores: Use the diluted rinse above to help reduce discomfort. What You May Feel (Normal) Slightly bitter taste, tingling and mild numbness in the mouth, and increased salivation. Saliva can be swallowed.
