Each one is finished with a traditional crackled sugar topping that adds just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the bread. The slow sourdough fermentation adds depth of flavor and makes these conchas lighter and easier to enjoy — perfect alongside coffee, café de olla, or hot chocolate.
